PEF 161 - Challenge Course Experience Description: An introductory course that engages students in all aspects of challenge course activities. Students gain valuable perspective and practical skills related to leadership, communication and teamwork. Course will not have an established scheduling pattern. Formerly RTE 161, students may not receive credit for both.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify elements of communication, leadership, and community building.
- Recognize the connection between communication, leadership, and community building.
- Define the steps of problem-solving.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
