EDEL 435 - Introduction to Project-Based Learning (PBL) Description: This course explores project-based learning (PBL) as defined by best-practices and established criteria from recognized long-term PBL advocates.
Prerequisites: Prerequisite: junior standing. Acceptance into TPP or have a valid WA teaching certificate.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Apply the essential components of a quality project- based learning (PBL)
- Modify and/or create a project for highly capable learners
- Justify a project’s creation/modification according to expectations for gold-standard PBL
- Compare resources for supporting understanding and implementation of PBL
