Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify staff responsibilities for supervision and evaluation tasks
- Develop constructive guidance, observation and assessment skills
- Identify assessment and accountability systems for monitoring progress
- Identify strategies for developing instructional and leadership capacity
- Identify use of effective and appropriate technologies for conducting agency supervision and evaluation work
- Identify effective time management practices for completing supervision and evaluation responsibilities
