RTE 300 - Challenge Course Leadership

Description:
Students will develop leadership skills using the challenge course. Specifically, students will learn and use facilitation techniques to improve group and individual interaction. Formerly RT 300, students may not receive credit for both.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Demonstrate how different apparatus of a Challenge Course works.
Apply a leadership model to improve self- awareness or team work.
Demonstrate the process of evaluation to improve activities.
Identify and apply group facilitation techniques.
