PEF 121 - Step Aerobics Description: Course may be repeated up to 12 times for a maximum of 12 credits starting Spring 2016. Past repetitions will remain as coded.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Accurately individualize the level of exercise intensity and exertion for the purpose of extracting maximum benefit
- Perform bench step routines commensurate with enhanced cardiovascular fitness
- Demonstrate good body mechanics and safe stepping techniques
- Apply bench stepping rules to the principles of fitness training
