WGSS 201 - Introduction to Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Description: A survey of women’s and gender studies from an interdisciplinary perspective. Basic terms, concepts, theories, and research methodologies will be introduced. Gender related issues will be examined from the historical, cross-cultural and cross-national perspectives. SB-Perspectives on Cultures and Experiences of U.S. (W). Meets the General Education writing requirement. Formerly WGS 201; students may not receive credit for both. Course will be offered every year (Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer).
