ETSC 360 - Brewing Process Technology Description: Study of brewing technology including equipment and processes from the brewhouse through packaging and distribution. Topics include factors that affect product quality.
Prerequisites & Notes: Prerequisites: CHEM 101, CHEM 111 or CHEM 181 and MATH 153 with a grade of C or higher. Student must also be admitted to the Craft Beer Trade Certificate Program.
