ART 367 - Kiln Building and Repair

Description:
This course covers kiln building for gas- and wood-fired kilns. Students will learn about refractory materials, forced air and natural draft burner systems, pilot burners and safety systems. Catenary and sprung arch forms will be built.

Prerequisite: ART 265.
