LAJ 316 - Introduction to Paralegal Studies Description: This course provides an introduction to paralegal studies. It provides analysis of the role of paralegal and the tasks involved in being a paralegal including interviewing clients and witnesses, legal research, writing and legal writing and attending trials.
Prerequisites & Notes: Prerequisite, Admission to the Law and Justice major or minor or by permission. LAJ 300 is recommended.
