GEOL 445 - Hydrogeology


Description:
Study of the occurrence and movement of ground water using geology, hydrology and geochemistry, with an emphasis on practical problems in water management.

Prerequisites & Notes:
Prerequisites, GEOL 101 or GEOL 102 and GEOL 101LAB and MATH 154, or permission of instructor.

Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory per week. GEOL 445 and GEOL 545 are equivalent courses. Students may not receive credit for both.
