PEF 126 - Kick/Box Aerobics Description: Safe, effective aerobic work-out mimicking basic self-defense, and boxing movements. Course may be repeated up to 12 times for a maximum of 12 credits starting Spring 2016. Past repetitions will remain as coded.

- Explain the rules, guidelines. and cognitive skills necessary for active and enjoyable participation
