PEF 115 - Jogging Description: Course may be repeated up to 12 times for a maximum of 12 credits starting Spring 2016. Past repetitions will remain as coded.

Learner Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Improve cardiovascular fitness.
- Perform appropriate warm-up and cool down stretches.
- Identify heart rate training zones for maximal cardiovascular benefit.
- Participate in various types of training.
